SENATE BILL NO. 62 "An Act relating to birth certificates for                  
certain foreign born persons who are adopted" was read the second

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
